Turbo Burst is not an engine it is a system to improve power. It can be installed on a I4, V6, V8, or any other engine.
Naturally aspirated engine are simply better than a smaller turbo charged engine. It has greater torque and no need for maintenance. You also have better control of the car while driving-(racing)
No, the turbo is powered by the exhaust and uses no engine power.
Yeah it's called buying a 300zx twin turbo engine (vg30dett). Much better than making a non turbo into a turbo. The vg30dett costs around $2000 and comes with the transmission which you will need. This is better than putting turbos on your n/a z because the vg30dett comes stock with forged internals which allow you to use a lot of boost. For $3000 you can have the engine, turbos, and tranny bought and installed. For another $1000 or so you can have near 400hp.
Aftermarket? No. Engine has to be manufactured with this built in. The air intake and exhaust is routed differently than a normal non-turbo engine.
A turbo can be installed on any car with a (other than rocket) combustion engine.
The Hennessey Viper Venom 1000 Twin Turbo is the car that has the new and improved Turbo engine. The Hennessey Viper is of higher quality than the regular Dodge Viper.
You would be better off just replacing the engine with the turbo version from a Z31 or even the DOHC twin turbo version from the Z32. The reason for this is the large differences between the turbo and non-turbo that go way beyond just a turbo. The compression ratio is higher in the non-turbo to make up for the lack of boost. Adding a turbo to that compression ratio will cause detonation. Bottom line, just the cost of a turbo system, ecu, and changing the compression ratio (just the basic changes you need) will still cost far more than just replacing the engine.
No, a jet engine is louder.

A turbo is an air compressor that forces air into the engine under great than atmospheric pressure, there by increasing the engines output.
That depends on the car. Most of the time it won't work. If you're thinking of a straight swap with no other work, than no it wont work. You're better off getting after market cams made for you car's engine
