You could remove the ABS fuse but the ABS dash light will remain on indicating the ABS system is not functioning.

on My 1995 limited the fuse is red and it is #14 in the fuse panel if you remove the fuse the yellow abs light on your dash board will stay on .....
under hood fuse box there is a 60 amp fuse labeled abs remove it and the abs will not work and the abs light will come on in the dash but you will be able to stop now

What I did was find the correct fuse for for the ABS motor and remove the fuse . the abs light will stay on but this did it for me. or find the motor just in front of the master cylinder and unplug it.
You probably have a bad wheel speed sensor sending bad signals to the ABS module. Remove the ABS fuse from the fuse/relay box until you can have it fixed.
Open the fuse panel under the hood near the engine, and remove the yellow 60 amp fuse, this will disable the motor to the ABS system.
This means there is a component that is not working properly or not working at all in your abs system, it could also mean you have no power going to your abs system or an open wire in your abs system. It could also be the that the fuse is blown for you abs system.
remove the fuse or relay is the easyest way but the abs light will be illumeinated very annoying.
