Yes, mud can fly off a wheel in a circular motion as the wheel rotates if there is enough force generated to fling the mud outward due to centrifugal force. This usually happens at high speeds when the rotating wheel creates enough momentum to propel the mud away from the wheel.
With a special tool. It's called a flywheel puller.
You need to have a pulling tool like a steering wheel puller or a t-type puller.
no

Not to sure but i pulled the fly wheel off this weekend to change a coil and i belive its .20 but im just and electrician having problems with mine too!! It will say right on it if you pull the fly wheel off, may have to rent a puller from local automotive parts store...... good luck
If it's an automatic take the inspection plate off and on the passenger side there is a L shaped bracket. Remove the bracket it has 3 bolts. You can get to them from there.
you have to remove the pull start cover, then the spark plug and block the piston from reaching the top of the cylinder head. Romove the little metal sreen covering the fly wheel and use a pipe wrench to remove the metel part in front of the fly wheel. My fly wheel slid off pretty easy but it might take some work to get it off(dont drop the key) once the fly wheel is off you will have a metel cover over the points and condenser. Remove that and you will have access to them, ive never replaced them but i have worked on them. I would suggest cleaning and making sure the gap is correct before replacing, make sure not to get any of your oil from your hands on the point or condensor. GOOD LUCK
