Yeah. The fan broke on mine and the screen freezes every now and then. just unplug it from the back and let it sit for about a minute. Also, if your screen freezes, just unplug it from the back and then plug it back in.
Plug it into your computer and restore it. Or if it's not jailbroken take it back.
On the left side in front of the shifter is the drain plug. My 2002 xr 200 does NOT have a oil filter but an oil screen. Take that out also and clean. Put back in with spring and nut, fill with oil an go play.
Remove the gas system. Drift out the black cross pin out of the magazine tube. The pin is directly below the gas system through a polymer plug. The polymer plug should come out of the top of the magazine tube when you remove that pin, so be VERY careful when removing the pin. Now remove the magazine spring. On the follower end of the spring should be the plug you are wanting to remove. Remove it from the spring. And put the spring and polymer plug back in. The dished end of the polymer plug goes toward the end of the magazine tube.
unplug it wait a few days and then plug back in
With the exception of the recoil spring plug, all else is the same as the 1991 A1 5". The plug comes out with a turn and goes back in with a turn, which unlocks/locks the lug on the plug.
The "plug" in your 1200 is just a stick slid down inside of the magazine spring to limit the number of rounds that will fit in the tube. Keep in mind that there is a big long spring inside that magazine tube and if you're not careful, when you unscrew the cap at the muzzle end of the magazine tube, it's going to go flying across the room. Once the cap is off, remove the wooden (or plastic) "stick" that will be tucked inside the spring. Push the spring back in and put the cap back on. Save the plug, you may want to put it back some day.
To remove the plug on a Remington 870 series all you need to do is unscrew the cap on the end of the magazine tube. Carefully because it holds in the magazine spring. the plug is the rod that is inserted in the spring so it cannot compress fully to limit capacity so just take it out and screw the cap back on (the cap compresses the spring) and voila. takes about twenty seconds.
