Well, essentially you don't. It is a procedure that needs special equipment and is done by an automotive machine shop. You must remove the rotors and bring it to them. There are many things that can make them unserviceable: having been previously turned so there isn't (or won't be) enough material left to have a well functioning braking system if they are turned again, gorges too deep to turn out, warping, etc. Rotors should always be serviced in pairs. I find that many cars have replacement rotors available that are inexpensive enough that the little difference between turning the old ones (about $15 a piece) and the new ones, isn't really worth it, especially considering how important they are.
Possible wrong rotors???
Pads about 30.00, Rotors anywhere from 85.00-125 ea. turn rotors-40.00 (approx) + labor.

Are you trying to turn your rotors? I had mine taken off to have the rotors turned only to find out that they are not supposed to be removed.
we are trying to take the rotors off on our 98 cadillac deville but we do not know which way to turn the bolts? Does anyone have info for us....
You will find that the front brake rotors are located behind the front of your wheel spindle, (behind your wheel and brakes). There you will see the rotors.

( 2 rotors on the front ) one for each DISC brake
The front rotors are out of round are warped. Turn are replace rotors and be sure to replace the brake pads even if thay look good. I would also check the tie rods too.
The majority of the stopping power is performed by the front rotors. I would start by replacing them.
