how to take an oil cooler off a 7.3 liter Ford 350
Drain the coolant remove the oil filter. Remove two 10mm head bolts from the front of the cooler and the other 4 which are located by the oil filter. You can then slide the entire cooler out the back and that's it. Model years prior to 99 you do the same thing but have to loosen the left motor mount to be able to remove the cooler. 99-2003 it slides right out. Good luck.
