Check to see if the radiator is full of coolant. If not then fill it. Pressure test the system to 16PSI. Check for leaks and repair as needed. Start the engine and let it warm up. At around 235 degrees the cooling fans should come on and stay on until about 195 degrees. If they do not then repair as necessary and repeat the procedure.

u need to replace with a turnsignal light switch . there is a short in steering column
A loose wire on a 98 Dodge Intrepid car horn will make it stop working. Another reason it may stop working is a blown fuse.

If the timing chain is off, you will probably have bent valves.

It is overheating or the oil preasure is low. It probably needs a new engine.
Black duct tape
Oil always worked for me!!! ....You might have blown your headgasket! This means that your engine coolant is leaking into the oil in the engine and it causes smoke out your exhaust.
