As far as i know you dont. You will most likely have to disconect the battery or have the light reset by a auto shop. You could also buy the diagnostic computer and do it your self. You might want to have a auto shop check out why the light is on though as it could be important and could save you a lot of $$ if you fix the problem.

With the vehicle off, press the odometer button and move the ignition key to accessories until the light goes off. Release odometer button.
Press the odometer button while starting the vehicle. Keep holding down the button until the numbers disappear and the check engine light goes out. Release the button and all is well.
I have yet to do this on my 2005 Camry, but according to the Toyota Tech you must turn the key switch over (do not crank car) the check engine light will appear, now hold down the button on the odometer and at the same time turn the switch off than back on.
Turn ignition key half way while holding odometer button 15-30 secs.turn back off while still holding odometer button. Turn car on and it should be gone
To turn off the maint. req light (it comes on every 3k -5k mi. for oil change interval). After I change my oil I do the following: 1. depress and hold the odometer reset button 2. turn the ignition switch to on, then off 3 times (do not engage the starter), the third time the odometer will countdown "_ _ _ " then "_ _" then "_" then blank. 3. if the check engine light was just an oil change warning then the check engine light will go out.
Sit in the driver's seat. Put your seat belt on. With the key in the off position, press and hold in the odometer reset button. Turn the key one click (keep holding the odometer reset button in). Very shortly afterwards you will get a "RESET" (or similar) display. Release the odometer reset button. The display "RESET" will blink. While blinking press the odometer reset button again. That should do it.
For the 2008 & 2009 Toyota Highlander with push button start:1. With engine on, set odometer to trip A, with odometer reset stick on the instrument panel.2. Turn off engine3. With foot off the brake, push the odometer reset stick, and hold it in, while pressing the engine start button. You will see nothing as yet.4. With the odometer reset stick still in, and your foot off the brake, push the engine start button a second time. You will see the dash board lights go on, and the display screen display a message saying the maintenance reminder has been reset.If this does not work, check with a local Auto Zone or similar auto shop or check the Toyota website.

In owner's manual see instrument cluster, see chart for "check light" which should footnote you to another section in the owner's manual. Here you'll find the procedure. I have an'05. To reset: have odometer (not trip odometer) display showing; push in the odometer reset knob; while holding it in turn the ignition switch to "ON" position; continue to hold the odometer reset knob for a minimum of 5 seconds. Odometer will show zeros or dashes indicating procedure is done.
Check the oxygen detector.
