See sources and related links below for videos. If you have a regular wiper, then watch (hook end arm) videos. If you have a special looking wiper, then watch (xx-E arm) video. Both are relatively easy.

Replacing Wiper Blade:The 2003-2010 Pontiac Vibes have a special 11" rear wiper blade. Just because it appears special, does not mean its hard to change. The challenge is finding the correct replacement rear wiper blade. You can go to the dealer (which may be expensive). Otherwise, I only know of one aftermarket wiper blade that's designed to snap right onto the special rear arm and look like the factory original: "Trico Exact Fit Rear Integral Blades". They come with full removal and replacement instructions. They are available online.Replacing Rubber Refill Insert Only: I believe you just slide the old rubber part out and put a new one in. There is a wiper blade housing basically in the rear. Whereas on the front wipers you replace the entire wiper blade, the back you just replace the rubber part. So the rubber part is attached to to two metal slabs, just slide that whole thing out of the wiper blade you just bought and install that into the rear wiper blade.

This is a little complicated due to the fact that they changed the rear wiper arm mid-model-year. If you have a rear wiper that looks all plastic and sort of finished and fancy, then you have the "early production" model. If the wiper is more metal and looks more like a conventional wiper blade, then you have the "late production" model. See sources and related links below to determine which kind you have. Then click on the wiper blade installation videos on the bottom center column and watch the video for the type of rear blade you have. Lastly, if you have the early production type, save yourself some time and order it right away because they are nearly impossible to find in stores.
There is no 2010 Dodge Caravan...only a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan: There was a mid-year change on the rear wiper so be careful there. The front wipers didn't change. If your rear wiper looks like a regular wiper blade, then you need a standard 16" rear wiper. If it looks like the newer, fancy rear wiper blades, then you need the 16-E rear wiper blade. The best explanation of this is in the link below listed in sources and related links. Take a look.
