There's one screw under the hood that holds it in. Unscrew that screw at the top and the light should wiggle free from the car. I have also included and instructional video, that will show you exactly how to do this.

1993 Infiniti G20 does not have a hydrolic clutch! It has a cable, that runs under the intake stuff.

Purchase a new one
Its your dimmer wheel. Smack it a few times and the instrument panel will light back up. To fix it permanently, remove the switch and either replace it or solder the contacts back in place.
Check the rear light wires, could be a short
