∙ 17y agoJust something to add, if your replacing the rotors, damage by hammer should be of little concern. But DO be cautious of studs and other things in that area. Use lots of WD40 on the studs. Let it sit for a while. Get a rubber mallet or a deadblow hammer and strike the surface on each side. Never use a metallic hammer, it will ruin the rotor surface. Be sure not to hit the studs.

First remove the right and left tires, and then proceed to remove the rotors. After you have replaced the rotors put them back on.
pull off the front wheels. remove the calipers. remove the two screws that hold on the rotors. replace the rotors and reverse the procedure.
probably 14mm, most of them are. Some are 15mm, and the biggest are 17mm. Those three pretty much cover all cars.
With the wheel off, remove the calipers, then the rotors just come off.

Remove the wheel, the calipers and the rotors, reverse procedure with new rotors.
You will need to remove the front tire and wheels from your 2002 Jeep liberty. Remove the brake pads and break assembly. Tap the rotors with a hammer or mallet. The rotors will come off. Reverse the process to install the new rotors.
Jack up and safely support front of vehicle. Remove front wheels. Remove front brake calipers and hang them with wire so not to damage brake hoses. Remove brake caliper brackets. Remove brake rotors. Rotors may need a little persuasion with a large hammer as they may be stuck/rusted in place. Reverse order to install rotors.

You will need to remove the tire and wheel. You can remove the brake pad and break assembly, by removing the brake spring and caliper. Loosen the rotors with a hammer. The rotors will slide off. Reverse the process to install the new rotors.
