Does the drum turn? if not then release the parking break. if so then there may be a small rim of metal holding it on. you can bleed out a little fluid or adjust the star wheel to get the shoes out of the way. The last time i hit it with a hammer and it loostened up not so this time. note last time i broke the drum in getting it off. Today the drum is stuck either glued screwed or rusted to the spindle. I am going to the auto parts store to buy a break drum removal tool. more later.

true you do not need to remove the caliper to change the brakes. how evever they are removeable. you should be able to loosen one bolt on the caliper and flip it up to remove the pads.

follow top hose of radiator to engine block remove the two bolts , I removed the air filter so i can get to the two bolts easy and that is all

Sorry no , the 1992 and 1995 both have front disc brakes but have different part numbers for brake pads , rotors The 1992 has rear drum brakes , the 1995 rear disc brakes
