On my '91, it went like this: Borrow a steering wheel puller. Remove the horn pad, (four screws on the backside of the steering wheel. Remove the wheel. The rest is a cake-walk and simply a matter of Removal and reinstallation. The ignition switch has a tab on the side opposite of the key that is prone to breaking. It's quite doable without spending a hundred dollars an hour if you have a decent socket set and a steering wheel puller in hand.
