Once you remove the inner fender wells, get you a 3/8 drive ratchet wrench with a LONG extension. There are two (2) bolts on each side of the bumper, I believe they are a 13mm. I just changed one in my 90 Crx yesterday, First open the hood and remove the screws that hold on the corner lights, 88-89 will have 2 screws on the outside off each light, 90-91 will have 1 screw attaching it under the hood, remove the corner lights, then take out the screws that hold in the bumper lights/turn signals and remove them from the bumper. On the back of the bumper, in the front wheel opening, there are 2 Phillips screws on each side, remove them, then going thru the turn signal holes, there are 2 bolts on each side, 88-89 will be 10mm, 90-91 will be 14mm, remove them and the front bumper will come off, there may be some bolts on the bottom front of the bumper attached to the plastic panels under the front of the car, you don't have to take the bumper completely off, just pull it out far enough to get to the 2 bolts under the front of the headlight assy. Remove the 2 bulbs from the back of the headlight, remove the 4 10mm bolts holding it in, 2 on top facing up, and two under the light facing forward, (the 2 under the bottom are the reason you have to remove the bumper) and remove the headlight assy. If you have a new assy off of the same year model it should bolt right on, if it's off a differant year or off a civic, you may have to change the mounting bracket off the old headlight onto the new one. Good Luck!.
