There's usually a bracket or clamp holding it in place that has to be removed first. After that, it's pretty much a matter of lifting. There's nothing highly technical about the process, and if you're mechanically inclined enough to make removing the battery yourself more than an exercise in futility, it should be obvious from looking at it how to do so.
if you can start car pull off the neg battery cable if car stalls its the altinater if it stays running it might be the battery

Disconnect the battery.
You can either pull the fuse or unhook the car battery.
You can pull out the metal key that won't work in the trunk and then jump start the car from the battery.
Most of the time there a nuts on the battery terminals , you only have to loosen them up and pull on the terminals away from the battery, they should pop right off afterwards.
Pull the fuse.
you possibly have something draining the battery when the car is shut off, with the car shut off pull the positive cable off the battery and then just touch the cable to the positive post of the battery and see if you get a spark, if you get a spark you have something electrical draining the battery.
The battery is located in the trunk of the car, above the right rear wheelwell. You may need to pull back some of the carpeting. Once you find it, replace it just like any other car battery.
Open the door with your key and pull the bonnet release.
You can open the trunk and door with a key and then pull the hood lever when you have access to the inside of car.
unbolt the battery bracket and pull it out
