This takes a certain level of skill to do...while you are at it, replace your timing belt and other belts, as well as your tensioner pulley and tensioner as it has probably become frozen. in other words, you have to disassemble the front portion of the engine, including the removal of both radiators so you can gain access to remove the harmonic balancer, etc. You will need to be sure you have the instructions for setting the timing marks on the cam and crank shafts.
