There is a valve that points straight up and has a black cap on it (looks like a tire valve). It is located on the fuel rail. It's just to the left (when facing the engine) of the fuel pressure regulator. The fuel rail is the chrome tube that feeds all 4 injectors. It's not easy to get to since there is a large black bracket with five 10mm bolts holding it down. One of the bolts is shared with the oil dipstick tube, if that helps.
