Well figured it out, wiper motor froze up, replaced it and now it works fine. Had to remove deposit in fluid hose for wiper in rear of vehicle and found one way check valve full of calcium deposit scraped it out best I could and flushed out system with vinegar. And the whole system works again. I'm jumping for joy.
