Either 9 inch or 10 inch brake shoes
Take it to a garage and ask them "Can you replace my brake shoes please"
OVER 9000 quarts are required. 3 pints is more like it.

My 1995 Ford Explorer XLT has disk brakes front and rear , so it takes brake pads 1991 to 1994 Ford Explorers had drum brakes on the rear , so they took brake shoes
From the underside of the car there are four 13mm bolts that hold the spindle on. remove these bolts and the drum and spindle will come off exposing the brake shoes on the backing plate. This is a very simple way to access the shoes and you will not have to replace any items other than the shoes.
