The 2001 Ford escape horn fuse is located in the fuse box. The fuse box is in the engine compartment. The location of the fuse is listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.
According to the 2009 Ford Escape Owner Guide : ( # 24 is a 20 amp fuse for the horn relay )
In the engine compartment.

The horn relay of the ford 2008 escape is in the fuse box that is located in the car on the right front side of the concole ,by the passenger's left foot. The relay is build into the inside of the box you can hear it clicking when you hit the horn how you get it out is an other question.
I believe it is mounted underneath the battery tray
the horn for this vehicle is located inbehide the grill area or the bumper don't ask fords dumb sometimes

well you can start by pulling the fuse out for the horn or in the front under the hood near the radiator u can unplug the conecter . Tried that, didn't disconnect the horn.
The horn relay on a 2001 Ford Expedition is located on the RPO Relay Block 1. You can find this relay block under the dash just above the passenger-side air bag.
The horn relay is in the fuse box by the passengers left foot. Not sure how to get at it though
