This is pretty simple. Disconnect the cable from the transmission then, follow the cable up through the engine compartment disconnecting the plastic clips along the way. Once you get to the firewall, use a socket to remove the two bolts holding it there. Go inside and unhook that end from the clutch pedal arm. Follow this process in reverse to install the new on and you are done!

All 1995 GEO Trackers have a clutch cable that is adjustable instead of a clutch reservior filled with hydraulic fluid.
The clutch reservoir on a 1996 Geo Tracker is located in the engine compartment, near the firewall. It stores clutch fluid which is pulled into the system as needed.
To change the voltage regulator on a 94 Geo Tracker, locate it in the black plastic box on the back of the alternator. Unplug each cable from the regulator, remove it and replace.

To install a new clutch in a Geo Tracker, first the negative battery cable must be disconnected and the vehicle lifted on jack stands. After removing the driveshaft and all wiring connections from the transmission, the transmission should be removed. From there, a new clutch disk may be installed.
