The first step is to remove the tire. You will need to remove the caliper as well, and that's held on by two bolts. You'll need a hex key or allen wrench to remove the bolts. Once the caliper bolts are off, you'll need to push the caliper piston back down using a C Clamp. Make sure you have the cover off the master cylinder reservoir, or the brake fluid will not be able to compress. Once that's done, throw the new brake pads in the caliper, reattach the caliper, and bleed the brake system. Once the air is removed from the brake lines, put the tire back on.
