check you oil level on the dipstick. add some or get an oil change.
Change your oil, then run the car BRIEFLY (about 30 seconds), then change oil and oil filter again. Good luck.

Here is a link on how to change the brake fluid: http://www.ehow.com/how_5132854_change-brake-oil.html. You are the best judge of whether you have the required skills. If you don't feel comfortable doing this, take your car to a professional.
What fluid? Engine oil, transmission oil, power steering oil, coolant fluid, brake fluid.
If, when you use your brakes, there's sort of a delay or squishy feeling, then you probably need to change your brake oil. Generally, you should flush your brakes (change the oil) every 30,000 miles or so. Also, if you just look at the stuff, it should be clear or yellow-y. If it's dark or black, it needs to be changed.
im changing the fluids in a 2003 kawasaki ninja and NEED A LITTLE HELP. OIL, OIL FILTER, BRAKE FLUID, ETC. ANY INFORMATION WILL BE HELPFUL. THANK YOU
Oil change, clean air filter, change oil filter, change spark plug, check coolant level, clean carburetor (if not injected), change or add brake fluid, (if disc brakes), and just in general clean it.
