When you bleed brakes it is necessary to bleed each caliper in turn.
All brake hoses and calipers must be intact and hooked up to bleed any brakes. You cannot do it with hoses removed.

If the brakes are disc brakes then try opening the bleed screws on the calipers and see if the pressure releases if not then remove the calipers and replace because the piston is probably frozen or you can try pushing in the piston with a c-clamp,if that doesnt work replace the calipers as noted. If the brakes are drum brakes then check your brake cylinders to see if they are leaking if so you can usually rebuild them if not then replace them and bleed your brake system to get brakes back to normal, you can also make sure your drum brakes are adjusted correctly.
The same way you bleed the brakes on any other Dot 3 or Dot 4 brake system vehicle. at the bleeder screws on the cylinders and or calipers

jack up the tire and then remove the bolts that is holding the calipers and then remove the hose and the calipers will come off. you will need to bleed the brakes when you replace everything back together.
Yes, you bleed all 4 calipers. Start at the RR wheel then move to the LR, then RF, and end at the LF wheel.
YOU ONLY BLEED BRAKES WHEN YOU DISCONECT ANY BRAKE LINES OR HOSES OR IF YOU CHANGING YOUR ENTIRE FLUID. IF YOU JUST CHANGE PADS AND OR SHOES YOU DO NOT NEED TO BLEED IT. JUST MAKE SURE THAT WHEN YOU PUSH THE PISTON BACK ON YOUR CALIPERS, THE RESERVOIR CAP MUST BE OFF TO AVOID DAMAGING ANY COMPONENTS.
Yes-general rule for hydraulic brakes-start at the wheel furthest from the master cylinder(usually passenger rear) then move to next driver rear,front passenger side and finally drivers sidefront.
It's rare....because usually the master cylinder will allow pressure to bleed off. Not the other way around. But if you have replaced the calipers, this is the next thing I would check. I suppose it could be sticking.
