The answer is yes. The vehicle may not be setup for it because often times auto manufactures do not put the front license plate bracket on. It is generally the responsibility of the dealership to put the front license plate bracket on.

If your state issues only one license plate it MUST be displayed on the rear of the car. If your state issues two plates they MUST be displayed, front AND rear.
In the front you will see where a plate can go hat you do is put the license plat up to it when mark it then drill the two holes for it then put the plat back up to it and bolt it on and your plate will be there for a long time
