Good possibility
bad ignition switch, bad battery, bad alternator/regulator,
If the ignition switch is faulty it could leave an electrical component turned on and that could potentially cause a dead battery. That would not necessarily be the case and you might notice if the switch is supposed to be off but something still runs.
YES!My version:A bad relay switch that goes bad can "stick" in the on position and leave what ever it powers on and drain the battery You should be able to see the item that is on.
It could be a bad battery.
Seized engine? Weak battery? Corroded or loose battery cables? Bad starter or starter solenoid? Bad neutral or clutch safety switch? Bad ignition switch?

the a\c clutch for the compressor is probably staying on when you turn the car off. It could be the ignition switch. or a bad relay.
Any of the following.... Bad battery, bad starter, bad ignition switch, bad neutral safety switch
