Yes, doesn't have to be on the front bumper but has to be visible in the front. There is a petition to eradicate the law found here:http:/www.petitiononline.com/mnplate/petition.html
Yes.. In Iowa you are required to have 2 plates. One on the front bumper and one on the rear bumper. They say that it is for better identification and for police/law enforcement as well.
Basically, if it was built with one, it has to have on to be legal.
Front Bumper need to come of ONLY
well i had to pull my front bumper off to put the headlights on. I have a 1997 prelude so i don't know what year you have but i would guess the front bumper will have to come off.
Yes, the entire front bumper cover will need removed.
First remove the bumper cover. You need to take off the front grill to get at the plastic retainers that hold the top of the buimber on. There are about four retainers on the bootom of the bumper.
first you need to take the headlights off. you also need to unclip the wheel arch liner. there are three bolts holding the bumper to the front wing. you need a ratchet socket because its hard to manoeuvre a spanner in the space.once you undo the bolts the bumper will just fall off
Yes you just need to change the headlights and bumper lights along with the bumper
Yes it does but you will need the newwer style fog lamps too as 98 won't fit in a 2003 front bumper.
It should be behind the front bumper, in the front part of front left bumper.
Front or back?
