I know he lived on 72nd Street in Manhattan near Central Park West in the early 1970's. I repaired his IBM selectric typewriter while working for IBM at the time. He gave me a paperback "A whiff of Death" and signed it. We weren't supposed to take ANYTHING from customers in those days, but I did take the paperback and still have it.
