easy she was born like that -- Blindness and deafness aren't diseases. Helen Keller wasn't born blind and deaf, when she was young she contracted scarlet fever or meningitis. As a result she lost both her hearing and her sight.
Find a book on Victorians and settle with a picture in the book that you think will be easy to draw. The either trace it or have a good go. If you don't think it looks great, try and find a website that will help you.

Well I suggest you do "Draw A Book". It's really easy! Take your time and redo it again, if you think it isn't right.
Helen Keller was known for wearing simple and practical dresses that were comfortable and easy for her to wear. She preferred dark colors such as black and navy blue, with minimal embellishments. Helen favored clothes that allowed her to move freely and independently.
Those dots are the language for the blind called braille in order to decipher it either A get a decipherer from the internet or buy the Helen Keller book and look on the back there is braille right there its easy to understand.
