Warlock means oath breaker or one who has broken with god. The word witch is NOT gender specific.
If you are naming characters for a piece of fiction... try MilDred for a woman. Malcolm (Mal being french for bad). Mortimer (Mort being french for dead) might work.
Try using planet names like Venus or Neptune. You could even try Greek names. Another good thing to use is letters that don't often go together like 'Dl' 'Kl' and add 'ae' 'or' and finish it with a bold letter 'r' 'k'.
As an addition, add an abbreviation to the start of his name like 'Dr' 'Mr'.

If I were you, you don't need to really ask. Just look up, The Names of Evil Emperors, Kings, or names of Darkness, Unjustice, or other things like that.
