Curley's wife dreams of life beyond the ranch in John Steinbeck's "Of Mice and Men". She fantasizes about going to Hollywood and becoming a movie star. However, since she is stuck with Curley, who is possessive, cruel, and cares little about his wife's dreams, it seems unlikely that she will ever have the opportunity to come close to achieving her dreams.
Curley's wife is a dreamer in the sense that she yearns for a life beyond her current circumstances on the ranch. She dreams of stardom and glamour, believing that she could have had a different life if she had not married Curley. This dream ultimately leads to her loneliness and frustration, as she is unable to escape her reality.
