The government is over reaching its authority by trying to do away with some things in the constitution. Some of the freedoms given there are not always being allowed by the government. They are stepping over the authority given to them when they do this.

Government over-reach occurs when it exceeds its legal powers or interferes excessively in individuals' lives without justification. This can manifest through excessive regulations, surveillance, or infringement on civil liberties. It is important for citizens to hold the government accountable and ensure that its actions are in line with the law and respect individual freedoms.
