Uveprom data is typically written by applying a high voltage to the programming gate of the memory cell, causing charge to be trapped in the oxide layer to represent data. Data is erased by applying a higher voltage across the memory cell, which releases the trapped charge. This process can be repeated multiple times for read and write operations.
EPROM is basicaaly of two types- EEPROM and UVEPROM. EEprom can be ereased by uising electrical pulses, whereas UVEPROM can be ereased by placing the IC in ultravoilet light for atleast 20 minutes.
it means that the memory cannot be earased
Yes i did earased her SH** im Taking over because I Run st.Louis and Cahokia Darwin Harris
in order it was written.

CDs, DVDs, and hard drives are storage devices that can contain permanently written data. Once data is written onto these devices, it remains until it is intentionally deleted or overwritten.

I believe you are refering to an e-prom.n Or specifically an UVeProm It is a ram chip that retains it's memory. Check this: http://secure.transtronics.com/I-PP3USB.htm
