According to my installer, yes. It is very upsetting, because I live 2 miles away from the state line, and I am being forced to have a local's stations that are over 40 miles away. I don't care about their mayor and how he is screwing things up. Those news stations never come down into my town to report anything, whereas the stations just over the boarder, do. It is even more upsetting that anyone who has cable can get the locals that I want, plus the locals that I don't want. My father-in-law lives 1 hr and 10 min away, and he can get my local channels with cable, but I can't. What the heck is that?
An illegal change of address is when a person gives a false address. There are fines and also a chance at a prison sentence for giving an illegal change of address.
not if you have parental permission.

If the IP address is the one that is issued by the provider, then if you change it you cannot access internet. Only computers that have automatic IP address assigning option can change the configuration. In many countries it is illegal to change the configuration.
There is no program to change your ip address. Your ip address is given to you by your internet service provider.
please change my email address from wendy@fco8.com to wendybaer@ursasolutions.net
Your IP address does not depend on your computer but upon your internet service provider. It dynamically changes on a regular basis. If you change your ISP, then your IP address would definitely change.
Yes, if you move you have to change the address for a credit card.
the post master, it's a government thingee.
You will need to contact customer service to change your billing address of your BPI credit card. You can also send in the new address with your next payment.
What I'm about to tell you is illegal, but I've heard that "other folks" have done it.... Get a change of address card at the Post Office and fill it out with the person's name and old address, then put down some sort of new address -- maybe the street address of a local trash/garbage service, for example. Drop the card into any street-corner mailbox. Totally illegal. Take 3 cards and don't touch the center one - keep your fingerprints to yourself. Wear gloves when you fill out the card & mail it. Totally illegal. You've been warned.... ;-)
