First, press the "CAL A1 / A2" button on the top right to select one of the two alarms. These appear on the lower left of the display with a tiny "AL1" or "AL2" indicator. The calendar date is also shown here when neither of the alarms is selected.
Once you've got AL1 or AL2 showing, hold-down the "CAL A1 / A2" button for a couple of seconds until the alarm hours begin to flash. Now use the top and middle buttons on the right-hand side to change the hours up and down.
Once you've got the hours right, press the "CAL A1 / A2" button again and the minutes will begin to flash. Now use the top and middle buttons on the right-hand side to change the minutes up and down.
When you've got the minutes right, press the "CAL A1 / A2" button again to exit from the alarm setting mode.
Now press the middle button on the right-hand side to switch the alarm on and off. When it's on, a little bell symbol appears next to the alarm time.
Remember there are two independent alarms - use the top "CAL A1 / A2" button to switch between the calendar, alarm 1, and alarm 2. The alarm on/off button only works when one of the alarm times is showing.
