Well all you do is shut it off by the switch not the buton and then you after ten minutes or so turn it on then it will work. Ugh someone tell me how to fix one with the battery the speaker and the back taken off...you can call me rance,773-336-5889,i can help too much to type

i am afraid to say not all the times you can fix them sorry i had a RCA mp3 player and i tried to fix it but couldn't cause sometimes when they are broke they are no good sorry but it might me broke i am so sorry
