first to make sure your talking about media center on windows vista not windows media player. the eisiest way to do it is to download your videos onto the videos file in your user folder and open media center go through the options and find the area to use the videos in the video folder

If you are using Cloudsync get the desktop manager for it. It has an upload folder that will put supported videos and photos back into you Photos app.
Connect your iPod into your computer and on the autoplay window that appares click on it then click on Open folder to view files, once you have done that double click on the file that says DCIM then double click on 000APPLE then there are your videos and if you want them in you documents highlight them and copy and paste them into youe folder :)
Make a new folder (in the folder where it says Music, Game, etc.) called Video. Drag the MP4 of the movie to it. I recommend u get a 4gb+ memory card before you have videos.. They are space consuming.
