No. The leader of a baptist church is called a preacher or pastor.
Each local church or congregation is self governing. There is no one leader of the Baptist Church.
If you are referring to the Baptist church, there are many leaders. There are so many subgroups of Baptists you can't really pin down one particular church leader as an authority for all of them.
All Baptists are Christians, but not all Christians are Baptists.
