If the parking is on their property, yes, they can. If you are paying for parking yourself, you have the ability to do what you wish. But they aren't responsible for you.
If you are parking in their parking lot, yes, they can perscribe certain requirements, such as you cannot back into a spot or your parking past must be showing.
That depends on the company's policy. Some business have segregated parking for management - or named parking spaces fro executives. Parking in an unauthorised space will likely get you a ticking off from your superior. Persistent 'offending' could theoretically lose you jour job !
