Each individual is different. Whether a famous person or an average Joe, it's the things in the persons character that most look up too: honesty, integrity, good personality, calmness in a bad situation, standing solid on their own two feet re independence, a hard worker, loving life. These are but a few of things that tell one person about another that this person 'has it together' no matter how young they are. Of course when younger a person is just strengthening these fine qualities in their character so you can't expect 100% perfection.
