the universe is bigger than a solar system. Obviouisly, because there are many solar systems in our galexy, and many galexies in our universe, there may be more that one universe contained in what I choose to call 'Infinity'.

A nebula is typically much larger in size than the solar system. Nebulas are massive clouds of gas and dust in space that can span thousands of light-years, while our solar system is relatively small in comparison, stretching only a few billion kilometers from the Sun to Pluto.

Constellations aren't really single units that we can measure the size of, as they consist of many stars that appear as patterns in our sky, but they are all completely separate to each other and spread out over large distances. However, given that they have many stars in them, and our solar system is connected to one star, then the combined area of the solar systems of all the stars in any constellation would be bigger than our solar system.

Our solar system is larger than the Earth because the Earth is part of the solar system. A solar system is a collection of bodies that move around a sun, so the entire system will be larger than just one of the planets in it.

A nebula by far. One nebula's fingertips ( I think it's the eagle nebula? or horseshoe?) is 3 times as big as the solar system itself.
