Artemis, the goddess of the hunt, fell in love with the mortal hunter Orion. However, her brother Apollo grew jealous and tricked Artemis into shooting Orion. After realizing what she had done, Artemis placed Orion in the sky as the constellation, to immortalize him.
Apollo's siblings are Artemis, Athena, Ares, Aphrodite, Hermes, and Dionysus among others.
