∙ 13y agoNeil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin really went to the moon as part of the Apollo 11 mission in July 1969. There is overwhelming evidence, including rock samples, photographs, and videos, to confirm that the event was real and not staged in a studio.
Edwin Aldrin and Buzz Aldrin are the same person. "Buzz" was just a nickname. He did walk on the Moon with Neil Armstrong.
Neil Armstrong's partner's name was Janet Armstrong. They were married in 1994 until Neil's death in 2012.
