As usual, that depends how fast you go. In general, you can divide distance by speed. However, in this case it is a bit more complicated; with current technology, the spacecraft won't go in a straight line. Rather, it will use the speed of Earth, and speed up a bit more, to go into an elliptical orbit around the Sun, which touches both Earth's and Mars's orbits. Half of such an orbit takes about 9 months.

Of course, it is possible that in the future, improvements to rocket technology - perhaps better ion drives - manage to go in a more direct route, and to get there faster.

The time it takes to travel to Mars depends on the positioning of Earth and Mars in their orbits. On average, it takes about 7-9 months for a spacecraft to travel from Earth to Mars. The most efficient route is taken advantage of during launch windows that occur approximately every 2 years.

Between 7- 9 months and three years depending on the relative positions of the Earth and Mars in orbit using current rocket technology.
The time it takes for a Space Shuttel to get to Mars is 8 months

Nobody has ever gone to Mars, but it would take around 6 months to get there.
