Currently, no one knows. Scientists have not yet proved the existence of such a thing. Most believe there is no other universe.
well if u mean Galaxies, then the number of Dwarf Galaxies in 500,000 light years from ours are 12 and large galaxy in the same distance is just 1, its name is Andromeda Galaxy, if you would like to more about space and universe then go to my website and click on Atlas of Universe link under HOT LYKZ :

I'm into Space stuff a lot, and crazy about astronomy stuffs. You can ask me personally if you wanna know anything else about space and stuff
There is no firm evidence of there being another universe. There is conjecture that there may be parallel universes occupying the same space as ours, with the same objects as ours, but performing somewhat differently from ours.
For now, you may want to simply think of our universe extending forever for an unlimited distance.
As there is currently no confirmed evidence of anything existing outside our universe, it is not possible to determine the next closest object to Earth. The concept of distance and objects beyond our universe is purely speculative and theoretical at this point.
The universe is everything that exists. Either in actuality OR as far as we can percieve it.
The average temperature of the universe is expected to decrease over the next billion years due to the continuous expansion of the universe. This expansion will cause the overall energy density to dilute, leading to a decrease in temperature.
As of now, scientists have identified and confirmed the existence of over 4,000 exoplanets in our universe. However, the total number of worlds in the universe is impossible to determine as the universe is vast and constantly expanding.
Roughly speaking, a constellation is a direction in the sky. This is like asking "how far is left", or "how far is up". It starts right here, and goes all the way to infinity. Or however far the Universe reaches.

There is only one Universe (as far as we know) and we are in it.
Our Solar System is extremely far from the center of the universe. Really, we don't even know what the center of the universe is, and we are not a part of it since our galaxy is traveling across the universe.
galaxy is in the universe
The Universe is in a funk
Sweden is next to Puerto Rico which won 3 times Miss Universe.
As far as physics allow you to go. Endless.
There is no single spot that can be distinguished as the center of the Universe. To put it another way, wherever you are, it seems you are at the "center" of the Universe.

unkown
Hydrogen is the most common element in the universe. Helium, Oxygen, silicon, and aluminum are the next most common elements in the universe and on earth.
As far as we know, there is one Universe. There are hypothesis about parallel universes, but for now, there is no way to confirm that.
