Most of the energy generated by the Sun travels to Earth as Electromagnetic Radiation. A very tiny amount of energy of the Sun is given off as particles, mostly electrons and protons, flying off into space.
Electromagnetic energy is, of course, light. The light energy from the Sun includes the visible spectrum we can see and much more in the infrared part of the spectrum that we can not see and a little in the ultraviolet as well. It all travels at the speed of light from the Sun outwards and a tiny fraction of the Sun's energy strikes the Earth and is absorbed. As a result, the electromagnetic energy is converted to thermal (heat) energy and keeps Earth warm.

∙ 11y agoThe energy from the sun travels to Earth in the form of electromagnetic radiation, mostly as visible light. This energy is produced by nuclear fusion reactions in the sun's core and travels through space in the form of photons. These photons reach Earth in about 8 minutes and provide the light and heat that support life on our planet.

Light waves travel from sun to the earth.
Energy from the sun reaches the Earth through electromagnetic radiation, primarily in the form of visible light. This light travels through the vacuum of space and reaches the Earth's atmosphere, where it is absorbed and converted into heat energy.
The sun does not travel around the earth. Instead, the earth orbits around the sun in an elliptical path. This motion is what causes the apparent movement of the sun across the sky from our perspective on earth.
That doesn't make any sense. If you ment, 1. "Does the sun travel around the earth?" or 2. "Does the earth travel around the sun?" The answer is 2.
Energy from the sun to Earth travels as electromagnetic energy, or light energy.
It is done by radiation.
Electromagnetic radiation... i.e., light. Electromagnetic Waves A+
Convection and conduction require matter to travel through, and there is no matter between Earth and the Sun
The sun gives its energy to the Earth through electromagnetic radiation, primarily in the form of sunlight. Gravity doesn't play a direct role in the transfer of energy from the sun to the Earth. Space may be a vacuum, but light and energy can still travel through it.
Heat energy from the sun reaches Earth through radiation. The sun emits energy in the form of electromagnetic waves, which travel through space and reach Earth. Some of this energy is absorbed by the Earth's atmosphere and surface, warming the planet.

Light from the sun travels to Earth in the form of electromagnetic radiation.
Energy from the sun travels to the earth's surface is brought here by electromagnetic radiation. Once the radiation reaches the planet, most of it is converted to heat.
The energy from the Sun is transferred via electromagnetic waves to the Earth. These e-m waves may travel in a vacuum, and do so essentially at the speed of light.
