Fit? Yes it will fit, but know that your speedometer will read 58.8 at a true 60 mph if the 235/75-16 is the OEM tire. You will also have a very slight loss of towing power. My advice is to always stick with the OEM size that was designed for your ride.

Sorry , No ( the biggest tire from the factory on a 1999 Ranger came with the OFF ROAD PACKAGE on the 4X4 XLT and it was 245/75/R16 which is slightly below 31 inches tall ) Dont listen to him. i have a 99 ranger and i put 33 inch tires on it stock and the fit just fine.

yea it a fit i had em on my 02 wit a 245/30/22 put u gotta hit the strut plate wit a hammer or somethin ta bend it up and take off the wheel barrel part would fit much better wit a 235
