There are so many things it could be so lets keep it simple (at first) Are you sure there is gas in the car, if so then pull off the fuel line and make sure there is fuel coming out of it. If there is not then you could have a clogged fuel filter or a bad fuel pump. Is there spark? Pull off one of your spark plug wires and stick you finger in it and have a friend turn over the ignition, if you dance around and scream in pain then you are getting spark. If not then you could have problems with the cap and rotor, the coil, the crank position sensor or the ignition module. These are the most simple things to check, but you question is very vague and your problem could be almost anything, from something stupid to broken timing belt to your motor having to little compression to start.
