Could be the main relay mine would not start. Then just wouldn't start I replaced the main Relay and haven't had any problems. I called Honda house and explained the issue and they were more then helpful and knew what it was right away. Mine would start when it was cool or the sun went down and not when it was hot or the sun was shinning on the car heating it up. It is located on the right of the steering column on the fire wall.
