Most cars have a fuel pump relay switch located either under the hood in a fuse/relay box or on the firewall.
You can find the flasher unit relay switch beneath the drivers side dashboard. The flasher unit relay switch will be above the brake pedal.
In engine room just above left font wheel. Black plastic housing.
I don't believer there is a starter relay. Instead the starter has an integrated solenoid -- it is part of the starter, sold as an assembly.

The relay is separate from the actual "starter solenoid" which is found at the top of the starter (along the + battery cable).
were is the starter relay fuse on a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix
There is no relay starter, only a solenoid attach to a right fender where all wires from a positive attach to. The solenoid of 95 is attached to the starter, not on the fender.
It is beside main fuses under the hood(midpoint on passenger side for 2.5l) under a black rubber cover.
Left side of motorcycle under the fake tank skin.
Bolted to the radiator support on the left side. Find the starter relay and tap it firmly ,then try again. Still no crank, manually jump across the relay to 'force' current to the starter solenoid.
